The Confluence Apartments, three buildings with 36 units each next to the Mountain View Meadows subdivision, are open for business and began welcoming tenants in January.
Just within the East Helena Public School district, every Confluence apartment offers two bedrooms, two baths and 1067 square feet of space and is available for rent, not purchase.
Property Manager Chelsey Miller said interest had been strong, with students, recent graduates, young professionals, families, retirees and new arrivals taking tours in recent weeks.
“We have a 24-hour fitness center on site along with a pickleball court and it is also a very peaceful part of town, so I would say that we attract individuals who enjoy a healthier, more active lifestyle,” she said. “We also have many individuals with young children who are interested in us because they want their kids in East Helena schools. So it is a family friendly, high value community.”
The first Confluence building opened for tours and tenants Jan. 1, the second on March 1, and the third is expected to open April 1. “Leasing is picking up now that spring is on the horizon,” said Miller, who advised apartment seekers to visit https://confluenceapartment.com/apartments.
